2nd Grade

My name is Amy Hernandez, and I'm a second grade teacher at South Hi Mount Elementary School. This is my 27th year of teaching and my 12th year at South Hi Mount. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and my Master of Arts degree in Education in my hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada. My family has lived in Fort Worth for 18 years. I enjoy traveling with my husband and two sons.

 

 

 

 

Hello. My name is Yen Hoang. I have been a teacher for 14 years. I received my Bachelor of Art in Interdisciplinary Studies from UTA and my teaching certification from Tarleton. I love what I have the privilege to do every day. In my free time, I enjoy reading and I love spending time with my husband and my three boys. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hi! I’m Ms.Santillan, this will be my 3rd year teaching 2nd grade Dual Language at South Hi Mount. I graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies. Hello, my name is Tina Evans. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Tarleton State University. I moved to Texas from Boston in 2001. When not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping and cooking.
